For shipments and deliveries:

The Advance Warehouse deadline will be Friday, September 24, 2010, if you are not using the Freight Forwarding services of EFI and delivering directly to the venue, your goods will need to arrive before Friday, September 24, 2010.

Shipments arriving in Canada for customs clearance must arrive on or before the following deadline dates:

BY SEAFREIGHT TO CANADA PORT - Friday 10th September 2010
Shipments either FCL or LCL            
                                  
BY AIRFREIGHT TO CANADA AIRPORT  - Friday 17th September 2010
Airfreight shipped under own airwaybill
